About Elco Conveyors

A Brief History of Elco Conveyors

With our roots going back to 1954, this long established company has specialised in the design and manufacture of purpose-built mechanical handling equipment and components. In 2016 we purchased the UK's leading plastic roller manufacturer Moving Methods to compliment our conveyor component range.

We have now developed a broad customer base, servicing many clients, in the chemical, steel, packaging, pulp and nuclear industries.

During this time, service and quality have been a foundation stone to our products, and we are pleased to have been accredited with both a white and red area nuclear quality assured standard for manufacture.

Our experience now allows us to bring together many different disciplines, as used in other industries, in the formulation of our designs for specific client's equipment.

We can offer a full in-house design, manufacture and test service, leading to on-site installation by our own skilled staff throughout the world.
